How the buy changes the round
The buy option appears to skip the uncertainty of landing a pickaxe on the initial reel and starts with the selected pickaxe tier.
After that, the round still resolves through Falling Pickaxe's normal logic: pickaxe HP, block HP, ore awards, TNT, Upgrade Arrow, and Workbench.
When not to use it
Do not use bonus buy to chase losses or force a stronger result. The feature increases the cost of a single decision.
